Chicken noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- egg noodles - 4 oz
- fryer, boiled and deboned - 1 item
How to make chicken noodle casserole:
Cook noodles and drain. Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine. Add soup, sour cream and milk to this. Add cheese that has been cut up in squares. Place in a 2-quart dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. You may also substitute with ham.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
