Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Swiss cheese - 1 item
- onions, diced - 1 c
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
- green peppers, diced - 1 c
- cooked chopped chicken - 1 item
- bag fine egg noodles - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook chicken; chop and save broth. Brown peppers and onions in oil. Add mushrooms and heat. Cook noodles in some of the broth. Make white sauce of flour, oil and 2 cups broth. Add cream of mushroom soup and heat. Add all ingredients, except cheese, together. Put into greased casserole dish; top with Swiss cheese.
