  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • semi-sweet morsels - 1 (12
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz

How to make fantasy fudge:

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly, to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
