Fantasy fudge

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 12 oz
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• evaporated milk - 2/3 c
• jar marshmallow cream - 7 oz
• Parkay - 3/4 c

How to make fantasy fudge:

Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 238. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
