How to make easy sticky buns:

Combine all ingredients except bread. Stir until crumbly. Cut bread in 1/2 lengthwise, then in 8 pieces crosswise. (Each loaf should have 16 pieces.) Sprinkle 1/4 of topping into each of 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Arrange the pieces in each. Sprinkle each with 1/2 the remaining topping; cover and let rise in warm place until doubled (about 1 hour). Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Turn out of pans immediately. Serve warm with a glass of milk. Yum, Yum!
