Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
- can refried beans - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce hot - 1 item
- to 12 tortillas flour or corn - 10 item
How to make enchiladas:
Brown ground beef. Drain. Mix in refried beans and 1/2 can enchilada sauce. Simmer until hot. Roll in tortillas and place in baking dish. Top with sour cream, Monterey Jack and remaining enchilada sauce. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
