Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce hot - 1 item
  • to 12 tortillas flour or corn - 10 item

How to make enchiladas:

Brown ground beef. Drain. Mix in refried beans and 1/2 can enchilada sauce. Simmer until hot. Roll in tortillas and place in baking dish. Top with sour cream, Monterey Jack and remaining enchilada sauce. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
