Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • curry powder - 3/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • shredded sharp cheese - 1/4 c
  • crushed toasted bread crumbs, mixed with 1 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make chicken divine:

Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange on bottom of greased baking dish. Cook and bone chicken breasts; arrange in pieces over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Over cheese, spread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Can be fixed earlier and heated before serving.
