Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- bacon slices - 1 item
How to make rumaki:
Drain water chestnuts. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and water. Put water chestnuts in marinade and let set at least 6 hours in refrigerator.Cut bacon slices in half. Drain water chestnuts. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each and secure with wooden pick. Broil 4-inches from heat for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp (turn at least once).
