Ingredients/Components
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- to 1 chopped onion - 1/2 item
- cans chili with no beans - 2 item
How to make enchiladas:
Soften tortillas in grease. Drain. Place cheese and onions on tortilla. Roll and place in baking dish or 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat chili and enchilada sauce until blended. Pour over tortillas. Top with rest of cheese (and onion if wanted). Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
