Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 1/2 c
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • curry powder - 2 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • chicken pieces - 3 lb
  • garlic clove, chopped - 1 item
  • to 3 drops hot pepper sauce - 2 item
  • dry mustard in 1 Tbsp - 1/2 tsp
  • granulated chicken broth - 2 Tbsp

How to make spicy baked chicken:

Discard skin from chicken and place pieces in a shallow baking dish. Combine and thoroughly mix remaining ingredients. Brush mixture over chicken. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, basting frequently until tender. Chicken may be placed under broiler 5 minutes for additional browning.
