  • salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • wheat germ - 1/2 c
  • clove crushed garlic - 1 item
  • safflower oil - 1/2 c
  • each, cut into serving pieces - 2 broilers

How to make crunchy baked chicken:

Combine oil, sea salt, garlic and paprika. Brush chicken pieces with mixture, then roll in wheat germ. Place, skin side down, in a shallow baking pan and brush each piece again with the oil mixture. Bake in a 350° oven until brown. Turn each piece and bake until brown and tender.
