Enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- cumin - 1 item
- onions - 2 item
- flour tortillas - 1 doz
- chopped dill pickles - 1/2 c
- small can tomatoes - 1 item
- dash of cloves - 1 item
- head iceberg lettuce, chopped - 1/2 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Saute 1 onion, garlic, meat and bell pepper. Add spices, vinegar and canned tomatoes. Simmer until thick or add thickening.Chop remaining onion and place in separate bowl. Place other chopped ingredients in separate bowls.
Heat tortillas in small amount of oil. Fill with chopped ingredients. Add spoonful of sauce. Roll and place in baking dish or pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
