Ingredients/Components
- spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 12 oz
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
How to make eggplant parmesan:
Cook eggplant as in recipe for Fried Eggplant. Layer in baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Repeat until dish or pan is full. Bake in 350° oven until cheese is browned.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, North american.
