  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • pickles, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make egg sandwich filling:

Beat eggs. Add milk and all other ingredients. Cook in 2 tablespoons shortening. Stir well while cooking.
