- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 24 item
- tsp salt - 3 item
- Pepper to taste - 1 item
- ribs celery, finely chopped - 3 item
- 1/2 to 6 tsp red wine vinegar - 4 item
- pitted green or ripe olives, finely chopped - 24 item
- tsp Creole mustard - 1/2 item
- to 2/3 cup mayonnaise - 1/2 item
How to make egg salad:
