- eggs - 6 item
- sugar - 1 c
- sweet milk - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1/4 item
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- nutmeg - 1 item
How to make egg custard pie:
Beat 6 whole eggs until fluffy; add 1 cup sugar. Beat well. Add 2 cups milk and the vanilla. Chip 1/4 stick butter; mix thoroughly. Pour in unbaked 9-inch pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
