Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- sweet milk - 1/4 c
- grated apples - 3 c
How to make fresh apple cake:
Glaze:3/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. sweet milk1/2 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients; mix well (do not use a mixer). Add grated apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.Glaze: Mix ingredients together. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over cake while still hot.
