Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- croutons - 2 c
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 4 item
How to make egg casserole:
Baking Temperature: 325°. Baking Time: 50 to 60 minutes.Place croutons in bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese over croutons. Pour egg and milk mixture over croutons. Crumble 4 slices of fried bacon and sprinkle on top after casserole is baked. Yield: 8 x 8-inch pan.
