Brunch egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- croutons - 2 c
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- slices cooked bacon - 4 item
How to make brunch egg casserole:
Combine croutons and cheese in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning. Pour over crouton mixture in casserole dish. Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until eggs are set. Garnish with bacon curls, if desired. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Omelets and frittatas.
