- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- croutons - 2 c
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- slices cooked bacon - 4 item
How to make brunch eggs:
Combine croutons and cheese in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings. Pour over crouton mixture in casserole. Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until eggs are set.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Breakfast.
