Brunch egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- croutons - 2 c
- shredded natural Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- slightly beaten eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make brunch egg casserole:
Combine the croutons with the cheese. Place in baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the crouton mix. Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage over top. Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes. I use a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch dish.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Omelets and frittatas.
