Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- half and half - 2 c
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- slices cooked bacon - 8 item
- unseasoned croutons - 4 c
How to make egg casserole:
Combine croutons and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs. Add milk, half and half and seasonings. Pour over croutons and cheese in casserole. Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until eggs are set.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
