  • eggs - 8 item
  • half and half - 2 c
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion powder - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • slices cooked bacon - 8 item
  • unseasoned croutons - 4 c

How to make egg casserole:

Combine croutons and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs. Add milk, half and half and seasonings. Pour over croutons and cheese in casserole. Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until eggs are set.
