Spinach and bacon quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 5 oz
- crumbled, cooked bacon - 1/2 c
How to make spinach and bacon quiche:
Place drained spinach in unbaked pie shell. Cover with shredded Swiss, then crumbled bacon. In medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and pour over spinach, cheese and bacon. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Savory pies.
