Ingredients/Components
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- medium white sauce - 2 c
- chopped hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- grated Velveeta - 1/2 lb
- pimento, drained - 1 item
- buttered cracker crumbs for topping - 1 item
How to make egg casserole:
Place cracker crumbs on bottom of casserole. Make the white sauce. Add 1/2 of sauce to cover crumbs. Spread over sauce: Velveeta. pimento and eggs. Add remaining white sauce and cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
