Asparagus au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- cracker crumbs
- medium white sauce - 2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
- each cans drained asparagus pieces - 2 1/2
- grated sharp cheese I prefer Velveeta
How to make asparagus au gratin:
Place in greased 2-quart casserole in following order: asparagus, eggs, cheese, white sauce and crumbs. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. (You can also just add the cheese to the white sauce and layer that way.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Asparagus.
