Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- small can diced green chilies - 1 item
- Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked - 1 lb
How to make egg and sausage casserole:
Put sausage in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. In layers, add the bread, then the cheese. Mix together the milk, eggs, dry mustard, salt and diced chilies, blending eggs well. Pour over layers.
