  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • French vanilla instant pudding mix - 2 pkg
  • can chocolate frosting - 1 item

How to make eclair cake:

Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish. Line bottom with graham crackers. Mix the vanilla instant pudding and milk until thick. Add the Cool Whip. Pour Cool Whip mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top. Ice with 1 can of chocolate frosting. Chill.
