- vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- milk - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- graham crackers - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- white Karo - 3 Tbsp
How to make eclair cake:
Mix pudding with milk. Add 8 ounces Cool Whip. Beat until thick. In 13 x 9 dish, layer crackers. Add half of the pudding. Repeat, ending with crackers. Refrigerate for awhile.For icing, sift powdered sugar. Add cocoa, melted butter, Karo and milk. Mix with fork. Pour and spread over top layer of crackers. Keep refrigerated.
