- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 4 oz
- dry bread crumbs - 1/3 c
How to make easy salisbury steak:
In a bowl, mix thoroughly ground beef, 1/4 cup soup, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape firmly into 6 oval patties.
