- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- chopped mushrooms
- chopped, fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- medium, chopped onion - 1 item
- diced water chestnuts - 1/2 c

How to make tofu balls:
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for balls. Shape into approximately 2 dozen 2-inch balls. Place on oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes until golden and firm. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese in steak rolls for "Meatball Sandwiches."Recipe categories: Low calorie, Vegan, Low Carb.
