Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- fresh mushrooms, sliced
- large egg, beaten - 1 item
- sweet onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- lean chopped beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup, divided - 1 oz
How to make easy salisbury steak:
In a large bowl, mix 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onions and peppers. Shape into 6 patties. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook patties until brown on both sides.
