Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- baking chocolate - 1/2 lb
- butter - 1/4 lb
- confectioners sugar - 2 lb
- potatoes - 2 item
- paraffin - 3 Tbsp
How to make easter eggs:
Cook potatoes and measure 1/2 cup of potatoes; add butter and cool. Add vanilla and gradually the sugar. Knead and shape into eggs, then chill. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add melted paraffin. Dip eggs in chocolate and cool on wax paper and decorate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Spring.
