Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box German chocolate or Swiss chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- pkg - 8 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix pecans and coconut and spread in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix as directed and spoon over pecans and coconut. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spoon over cake mix. Bake 45 minRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
