- oil - 3/4 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cake:
Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. lemon juice Mix together water, lemon juice and Jell-O. Let cool. Mix cake mix with oil and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in Jell-O mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes in a 9Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
