Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Add all other ingredients and beat for 1 minute or until well blended
How to make pumpkin cake:
Beat together for 1 minute the first 4 ingredients. Add all other ingredients and beat for 1 minute or until well blended. Bake in 3 (8-inch) pans for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Frost with the following frosting.Frosting:1/2 c. butter or oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. pecans1/2 c. coconut Mix all of the ingredients until smooth enough to spread.
