vanilla - 2 tsp
chopped pecans - 1/2 c
pkg - 1 oz
salt - 1 tsp
coconut - 1/2 c
soda - 2 tsp
baking powder - 2 tsp
vegetable oil - 1 c
all-purpose flour - 2 c
pecans - 1/2 c
box powdered sugar - 1 item
can pumpkin - 1 oz
Add all other ingredients and beat for 1 minute or until well blended

How to make pumpkin cake:

Beat together for 1 minute the first 4 ingredients. Add all other ingredients and beat for 1 minute or until well blended. Bake in 3 (8-inch) pans for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Frost with the following frosting.Frosting:1/2 c. butter or oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. pecans1/2 c. coconut Mix all of the ingredients until smooth enough to spread. Spread on cooled cake.
