Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts on the bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on package. Pour over nuts and coconut. Melt margarine and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Drop by spoonfuls over cake mix before baking. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cake springs back. Leave to cool.
