- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- raisins - 1 lb
- raisin juice - 1 c
How to make raisin cupcakes:
Soak raisins overnight; save juice. Drain raisins good; save juice. Mix ingredients. Add raisins last. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 18 to 22 minutes at 350°. Makes 36 to 38 cupcakes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
