Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Spread coconut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle chopped pecans over coconut.Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour over coconut and pecans. Mix together cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar. Drop globs from tablespoon into batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Will be shaky when removed from oven, but will firm up.
