raw apples, chopped - 4 c
oil - 1-1/2 c
sifted flour - 2-1/2 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
black walnuts - 1 c
raisins, soaked - 1 c
sugar - 2 c
eggs - 3 item
salt - 1 tsp
soda - 1 tsp
vanilla - 1 tsp
cinnamon - 1 tsp
Mix oil, sugar and eggs and beat well
hot water - 1 item
a little butter - 1 item

How to make fresh apple cake:

Peel and chop apples. Mix oil, sugar and eggs and beat well. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt, then gradually add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, apples, nuts and raisins and beat well. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.GLAZE powdered sugar hot water a little butter
