Drunken chicken
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup - 1 item
- soup can white wine - 1 item
- chicken, cut up into pieces - 1 item
How to make drunken chicken:
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Mix the cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups together and add the white wine. Mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Place chicken on deep platter or casserole dish and pour the gravy over chicken. Good served with rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
