Drunken chicken
Ingredients/Components
- chicken - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- dry wine - 8 oz
- salt pepper, ground sage garlic powder, hot pepper - 1 item
- same amount as tomatoes as water - 1 item
How to make drunken chicken:
Cut up chicken and brown it. Put it in a roaster. Sprinkle salt, pepper, ground sage, garlic powder, and hot pepper. Add 8 oz. dry wine on the chicken, as much as desired but not too much. Let it simmer. When it has simmered, take it out and put the tomatoes in. Then add a can of water in the roaster.
