- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 3 to
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- milk, scalded and cooled - 1 c
How to make dinner rolls:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in large bowl. Add milk, salt, butter, eggs and 1/2 cup sugar; mix well. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface.
