Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 qt
- vinegar - 1 qt
- garlic cloves - 1 item
- canning salt - 1 c
- cucumbers 6-inches long - 2 doz
- dill blossoms - 1 item
- dill weed to each jar - 1/2 tsp
How to make dill pickles:
Slice cucumbers into spears. Bring liquids and salt to boil. Pack jars with cucumbers. Add dill blossoms, garlic cloves and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed to each jar. Pour liquid into jars. Seal and let set.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
