Ingredients/Components
- water - 13 c
- vinegar - 3 c
- plain salt - 1 c
How to make dill pickles:
Bring to a boil the water, salt and vinegar. Pour over medium cucumbers that have been packed into 1/2-gallon jars along with the following: To each jar, place large bunch of fresh dill weed, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 pods hot pepper and 1/4 teaspoon alum.
