- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- pork chops - 4 item
- Italian dressing - 3 Tbsp
- medium sliced onion - 1 item
How to make dijon pork chops:
Mix together mustard and salad dressing. Coat chops with this mixture and sprinkle with pepper. Cover and cook in a skillet on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Turn and add onions around chops.
