- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 3 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- lean boneless loin pork chops - 4 item
How to make dijon pork chops:
Heat oven to 375°. Trim all visible fat from pork chops. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine mustard and lemon juice; blend well. Dip both sides of each chop in mustard mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat. Place in a spray coated pan. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes, until pork is no longer pink, turning once halfway through baking. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, 5 ingredients or less.
