Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- Dijon-style mustard - 1 item
- to 6 pork chops - 5 item
- plain dried bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make dijon pork chops:
In mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oil, pepper and parsley flakes; mix well and set aside. Spread both sides of pork chops with mustard; then press pork chops into bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.Spray baking dish with Pam. Arrange pork chops and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned.
