Dijon chicken
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 1 item
- cornflake crumbs - 2/3 c
How to make dijon chicken:
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate. With remaining mixture, brush both sides of chicken. Coat well with crumbs. Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping.
