Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- white wine - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- dill weed - 1/8 tsp
- small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- dried onion - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- green pepper to taste - 1 item
- leaves fresh basil, cut fine - 3 item
How to make crock-pot chicken:
Skin chicken breasts and place in bottom of crock-pot. Mix together all remaining ingredients, draining mushrooms; pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Goes well with rice. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
