Cheesy chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- seasoning salt - 1 item
- chicken breasts boneless and skinless - 1 item
- small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
How to make cheesy chicken casserole:
Mix flour and seasonings together. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Coat chicken breasts in flour mixture and cook in butter until brown on both sides. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, soup (do not add water) and mushrooms. Spread on top of chicken and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Add cheese and put back in oven until melted.
